Zach is a Project Manager at Acendion Collective, where he oversees day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. He manages field coordination, schedules, and subcontractor performance—driving project execution from groundbreaking through completion.

After graduating with a degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, Zach spent nearly a decade in Austin, Texas, where he built a strong foundation in commercial construction. During his time there, he successfully delivered the construction of over 1,000 apartment units, gaining deep expertise in multifamily development, field operations, and contractor management.

Zach’s hands-on experience, leadership in high-density residential construction, and commitment to operational excellence make him an essential contributor to Acendion Collective’s mission of building vibrant, well-executed communities.
