Tim McMahon is the Chief Executive Officer of Fischer Homes, one of the largest and fastest-growing privately-held home builders in the United States. Under his leadership, Fischer Homes has expanded significantly, reinforcing its position as a top national builder and innovator in residential construction.

Before becoming CEO, Tim served as President and Chief Operating Officer, and earlier as Regional President overseeing operations in both the Indianapolis and Atlanta markets. He led the successful launch of the Indianapolis division, which quickly became the region’s fastest-growing home builder and now ranks among its largest. He also provided strategic leadership for Fischer Homes’ expansion into the Atlanta market, now one of the company’s most successful divisions.

Prior to joining Fischer Homes, Tim spent over 20 years in the residential development and homebuilding industry, including a distinguished 16-year tenure at Centex Homes. As Executive Vice President of Centex’s Southeast Region, he was responsible for a $1 billion business spanning operations in Florida and Tennessee. He previously held the same role for the East Central Region, covering Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

Tim began his career at Centex in 1991 in Columbus, Ohio, and quickly rose through the ranks, holding key leadership roles in land acquisition, project management, and divisional leadership across several markets including New Jersey and Indianapolis.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Rutgers University.
