Ray is the Preconstruction Manager at Acendion Collective, where he leads the front end of project planning and budgeting to ensure every development starts with clarity, precision, and strategic alignment. He oversees estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and coordination of design phase services—laying the foundation for quality execution and cost certainty.

Ray brings over 16 years of industry experience, including 13 years at Turner Construction Company. He has contributed to several landmark projects across the region, including FC Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium, the Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Facilities Pavilion, and the Court & Walnut mixed-use development. His expertise spans construction project management, superintending, MEP systems, virtual design and construction (VDC), and preconstruction strategy.

Ray earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 2011. His technical depth, collaborative mindset, and foresight in early project phases make him an essential force behind Acendion Collective’s commitment to delivering high-performance developments.
