Nick Kraus is Controller of Acendion Collective, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and accounting operations in support of its continued growth. Working closely with the executive, development, and construction teams, Nick provides financial leadership across acquisitions, underwriting, capital planning, lender relationships, and investor reporting.

Prior to joining Acendion Collective, Nick developed a diverse background in accounting and finance through roles of increasing responsibility across real estate financing, financial reporting, corporate accounting, and financial planning and analysis. This broad experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on the financial and operational aspects of real estate development, allowing him to support projects from acquisition and financing through construction and stabilization

Nick earned degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business as a full-scholarship Chick Evans Scholar. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and perfecting his swing on the golf course.
