Jessica is the Director of Business Operations at Acendion Collective, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and support the company's mission of elevating local rental housing markets and mixed-use projects. Her role encompasses diversifying investor portfolios, delivering strong returns, and fostering growth opportunities for employees.

Jessica brings over 16 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. She began her career at Turner Construction in 2007 as a project manager and moved into business development. She subsequently held various positions within the company, including serving as Ohio and Kentucky regional manager for Turner Construction’s SourceBlue LLC, the company’s supply chain management services. In August 2022, she was named Turner Construction's market leader for Greater Cincinnati and Kentucky, a role she held until her departure in October 2022.

After her time at Turner, Jessica joined Lithko Contracting, the second largest concrete contractor in the United States, as Director of Business Growth Strategies, focusing on developing and implementing strategies for business expansion and operational excellence.

Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Northern Kentucky University. Jessica's extensive experience in project management, supply chain operations, and regional leadership positions her well to drive operational excellence at Acendion Collective.
