Greg Fischer is the Co-Founder of Acendion Collective and serves as Chairman of The Fischer Group, the parent company of Fischer Homes, Victory Mortgage, and Homestead Title. With a career rooted in real estate, development, and investment, Greg brings decades of experience in building companies, managing financial risk, and cultivating long-term growth.

A second-generation leader, Greg is the son of Henry and Elaine Fischer, who founded Fischer Homes in 1980. Since joining Fischer Homes full-time in 2001 as a Sales Counselor, Greg has held various leadership roles, becoming Chairman in 2014. Today, he continues to guide The Fischer Group’s strategy across its homebuilding, lending, and title operations, with a focus on land development and banking relationships.

In 2024, Greg co-founded Acendion Collective, a venture committed to creating purposeful, community-focused multifamily and mixed-use developments.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He serves on the Board of Directors for Victory Mortgage and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), OneNKY, LinkNKY, EducateNKY, and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
