David Giambrone serves as Chief Information Officer of The Fischer Group, where he leads the enterprise’s technology strategy with a focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business alignment. As CIO, David is a member of the executive leadership team, guiding IT investments and innovations that enable operational excellence and long-term growth.

David joined The Fischer Group in 2024 following a 23-year career with GE, where he held progressively senior roles across GE Transportation, GE Corporate, and GE Aerospace. Most recently, he served as CIO of Global Supply Chain at GE Aerospace, overseeing a global digital strategy supporting 40+ manufacturing sites and 50,000 employees. His work modernizing supply chain operations, integrating ERP systems, and leveraging smart factory and automation technologies positioned him as a leader in scalable, enterprise-level transformation.

David earned a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Alfred University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a disciplined, results-focused approach to every initiative.
