Andrew E. Worrell is a seasoned business attorney currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Andrew joined The Fischer Group in January of 2023 as part of the company’s long-term succession plan. Andrew has over 26 years of experience in private practice and in-house experience performing a myriad of complex real estate and business transactions. In addition to having served as a partner and managing partner at several law firms, Andrew has also served as Vice President and Division General Counsel for Centex Homes and Associate General Counsel at Darden Restaurants Inc. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University’s College of Business, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, and is barred in multiple states.
